POSITION SUMMARY
Champion and work with the Leadership team to build, support and execute Little’s new business development and client growth strategy. Promote the company’s reputation for creative excellence, serve as one of the key voices of Little in the marketplace through presence at events (virtual and IRL), social media posts on behalf of Little, and new business initiatives.

ACCOUNTABILITIES 

New Business Strategy + Implementation

  • Develop the agency new business strategy and planning efforts
  • Develop strategy in the form of a creative brief, for any new business efforts.
  • Contribute to defining opportunities that align with the agency’s business objectives.
  • Manage the development and implementation of all new business efforts that are approved as part of the new business strategy.
  • Manage new business sales forecast. Manage budgets by project and keep Operations + President/CCO apprised of any issues.
  • Manage and update KPI tracker: calls, emails, meetings, capabilities presentations, proposal, etc.

Business Development – Outreach

  • Build relationships with prospects and agency search consultants, as appropriate.
  • Provide support to President/CCO, face of the agency.
  • Responsible for hitting outreach KPIs and reporting weekly dashboard to leadership team.
  • Network – Identify decision-makers and cultivate relationships with potential clients via community involvement and direct marketing efforts.

Business Development – Pitches

  • Responsible for the management of new business pitches.
  • Collaborate with President/CCO, Operations, Client Services, Project Management to write RFP’s, capabilities presentations, strategy decks, and final pitch documents.
  • Work with creative and project management team throughout development and manage overall pitch process.
  • Assist President/CCO and appropriate team members with any capabilities presentations by providing client insights (using research), and any other information to help the team with preparation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8-12 years of sales and business development experience.
  • Must have experience asking for a sale, cold calling, generating business leads, networking.
  • Ability to engender client confidence and trust by using superb customer service skills.
  • Strategic thinking skills to solve business problems.
  • Ability to be flexible and creative in the face of rejection, adaptable to change, and must work well under pressure.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Creative Strategist

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Creative Strategist you will straddle the line between research scientist, idea generator, problem solver, and brand interpreter. You will work to integrate with our teams and clients to discover the client insight to help serve as the north star for all our creative.

ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Partner with account services on strategy, brainstorming and positioning. Help guide the client’s overall business and communication strategy.
  • You will work with account services and creative leaders to develop strategies based on consumer insights to achieve objectives.
  • Recommend, manage, and/or implement qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research and monitors the performance of other research in these functions
  • Develop/uncover insights within the audience that makes our work more intentional. Partner in determining the right problems to solve through design for our clients.
  • Monitor and interpret cultural and social trends relevant to the clients’ business
  • Discover and develop pertinent insight research to create strategic business presentations that are relevant to prospective clients’ needs and objectives
  • Partner in developing the creative brief

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 7-10 years of brand strategy experience.
  • Ability to understand the dynamics of a clients’ business and the sector in which it operates
  • You should have research and analytical skills, experience facilitating workshops and presenting those results to clients.
  • Solid quantitative and qualitative research skills.
  • Ability to engender client confidence and trust by using superb customer service skills.
  • Strategic thinking skills to solve business problems.
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  • Have strong presentation abilities, are able to confidently lead teams and clients through an argument or point of view.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

POSITION SUMMARY
As an Account Director you will help lead your client’s business as well as contribute to the success of Little’s business. You (and the team) are responsible for delivering brand design solutions that are strategically sound and creatively excellent. You are responsible for your accounts relationship and financial growth based on the vision for the account. Further, working with the Little new business team, you will have the opportunity to participate in new business initiatives. Lastly, you will represent and promote the company’s reputation for creative excellence, strong business practices, great culture and an active contributor to our Minneapolis/Saint Paul community.

ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Own brand design opportunities that align with the client and agency’s business objectives.
  • Act as a champion for client business based on agreed upon objectives and vision.
  • Grow the relationship with the client and ultimately grow the piece of business.
  • Develop strategy in the form of a brand platform and creative briefs for any new projects.
  • Collaborate with the Little new business team to respond to RFP’s, capabilities presentations, strategy decks, and final pitch documents.
  • Ensure communication and deliverables are clear and agreed upon. Partner with a project director to monitor scope.
  • Recommend, manage, and/or implement qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research that will help develop brand platforms. Sometimes you will do this with Little resources. Other times you will partner with an account planner or brand strategist.
  • Develop/uncover insights into the audience that makes our work more relevant. Helps us solve the right problems for our clients. Works with creative leaders to develop strategies based on insight to achieve objectives.
  • Monitor and interpret cultural and social trends relevant to the clients’ business
  • Apply pertinent insight to help clients understand why the creative work is sound for their business.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8-12 years of account management or brand strategy experience.
  • Ability to understand the dynamics of a clients’ business and the sector in which it operates.
  • While brand design is core to what we do, proficiency in the following is important: communication planning, integrated campaign development, web and digital experience, content development.
  • You should have research and analytical skills, experience facilitating workshops and presenting those results to clients.Ability to engender client confidence and trust by using superb customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking skills to solve business problems.
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  • Have strong presentation abilities, are able to confidently lead teams and clients through a debate or point of view.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

POSITION SUMMARY
Develop and implement high-quality, strategically driven design solutions that meet or exceed client expectations for Little. Collaborate and align with the creative team to create design solutions from initial concept to finished product and promote the company’s reputation for design excellence.

ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Creative Product Development
Collaborate with the creative team to develop client ideas and presentations that reflect the company’s commitment to design excellence. Develop and refine design solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Collaborate in brainstorm sessions to help come up with new and original ideas
  • Assigned to multiple projects/assist in bringing ideas to life in a new original way
  • Communicate regularly with creative and project teams and other staff members to keep projects on schedule by anticipating and solving problems and adjusting to changing needs.
  • Collaborate with the creative and project teams to identify and arrange vendor services (such as illustration, photography and printing) needed for project.
  • Participate in informal wrap-up meetings to assess completed projects, and explore ideas and opportunities for improvement on future projects.

Client Relationship Development
Secure client satisfaction by anticipating and solving problems and adjusting to changing needs. This is not primarily a client-facing position, however, work products are essential in client relationship development and maintenance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree or design passion/drive
  • 3-5 years design experience
  • Technical skills: experience with computer design applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive Suite, and PPT/Keynote
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Some understanding of interactive/social media and internet technologies
  • Some experience with art and photo direction
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Animation and digital experience a plus

Executive/Office Support

  • Organize meetings/coffees for President/CCO: schedule meetings, send reminders, organize reservations or catering when necessary
  • General support duties: calendar management, travel arrangements, trip itineraries, minor bookkeeping duties, write/edit correspondence on executive’s behalf
  • Setup and cleanup for client events and meetings at Little
  • Support plan and execute internal events
  • Manage Mailing and shippings
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Stock beverages and snacks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 5-6 years of human resources experience
  • 1-3 years of marketing or executive admin support
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and collected under pressure
