Joe Cecere

Joe Cecere isn’t your typical c-suite guy. He is a designer, through and through. Yet, his creative talent is founded on a mind for business and strategic thinking. And what else would you do with a of triple threat of capability but lead a highly-respected and thriving design agency.

Joe has a passion for using the tenets of design thinking to help everyone from Fortune 500 companies to local nonprofits create brand cultures from the inside out. Within our walls, he champions the culture of inventiveness that underscores critical brand initiatives for key clients such as Securian Financial, Land O’ Lakes, CLIF, Bremer Bank and King Arthur Flour.

Joe’s award-winning designs have been featured in the HOW Design Annual, Communication Arts and Art Directors Club, among others. His speaking engagements have included the AIGA National Conference, the HOW Design Conference and the Advertising Federation of Minnesota. And under Joe’s leadership, Little has been named a Minnesota Best Place to Work multiple times, and recognized as a Small Agency of the Year by Ad Age.
