Nearing two decades at Little, coupled with years of experience at other agencies, Mike Schacherer still approaches his role with all the energy and curiosity of a fresh-faced intern. As VP Creative Director, Mike inspires the team to explore every creative possibility while maintaining a strategic throughline to bring out the best design solutions for our clients.

Of particular note in his career are recognitions by esteemed industry groups and publications such as AIGA, the American Advertising Federation, the Retail Advertising & Marketing Association, the Type Directors Club of New York, the AR100, Communication Arts, Print, and HOW.
