POSITION SUMMARY
As a Copywriter you will lead the development of high-quality writing solutions that exceed client expectations. Carry out and communicate the create vision, partner with the team to advance overall creative quality, come to the table to brainstorm with the larger team and partner with the creative team to advance the overall creative product. Promote the company’s reputation for creative excellence, serve as one of the voices of Little in the marketplace through presence at events (virtual and IRL), social media posts on behalf of Little, and new business initiatives.

ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Serve as a collaborative resource to ensure the delivery of excellent copy and content solutions.
  • Bring copy and content expertise and perspective to client and internal meetings.
  • Contribute to content strategy development and execution.
  • Bring big idea thinking and fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions – help push the team to think differently.
  • Partner with account services on strategy, brainstorming and positioning. Help guide the client’s overall business and communication strategy.
  • Assist in the development of strategy in the form of a creative brief, for any new business efforts.
  • Contribute to defining opportunities that align with the agency’s business objectives.
  • Collaborate with President/CCO, Operations, Client Services, Project Management to write RFP’s, capabilities presentations, strategy decks, and final pitch documents.
  • Help develop internal marketing communications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 5-7 years of copy or content creation experience.
  • Ability to understand the dynamics of a clients’ business and the sector in which it operates.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • Ability to engender client confidence and trust by using superb customer service skills.
  • Strategic thinking skills to solve business problems.
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  • Have strong presentation abilities, are able to confidently lead teams and clients through an argument or point of view.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Preferred education in marketing.
  • Agency experience is a plus.

Creative Strategist

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Creative Strategist you will straddle the line between research scientist, idea generator, problem solver, and brand interpreter. You will work to integrate with our teams and clients to discover the client insight to help serve as the north star for all our creative.

ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Partner with account services on strategy, brainstorming and positioning. Help guide the client’s overall business and communication strategy.
  • You will work with account services and creative leaders to develop strategies based on consumer insights to achieve objectives.
  • Recommend, manage, and/or implement qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research and monitors the performance of other research in these functions
  • Develop/uncover insights within the audience that makes our work more intentional. Partner in determining the right problems to solve through design for our clients.
  • Monitor and interpret cultural and social trends relevant to the clients’ business
  • Discover and develop pertinent insight research to create strategic business presentations that are relevant to prospective clients’ needs and objectives
  • Partner in developing the creative brief

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 7-10 years of brand strategy experience.
  • Ability to understand the dynamics of a clients’ business and the sector in which it operates
  • You should have research and analytical skills, experience facilitating workshops and presenting those results to clients.
  • Solid quantitative and qualitative research skills.
  • Ability to engender client confidence and trust by using superb customer service skills.
  • Strategic thinking skills to solve business problems.
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop client ideas and presentations that reflect the company’s commitment to design excellence. Develop and refine design solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Collaborate in brainstorm sessions to help come up with new and original ideas
  • Assigned to multiple projects/assist in bringing ideas to life in a new original way

Project Management
Communicate regularly with creative and project teams and other staff members to keep projects on schedule by anticipating and solving problems and adjusting to changing needs. Collaborate with the creative and project teams to identify and arrange vendor services (such as illustration, photography and printing) needed for project. Participate in informal wrap-up meetings to assess completed projects, and explore ideas and opportunities for improvement on future projects.

Client Relationship Development
Secure client satisfaction by anticipating and solving problems and adjusting to changing needs. This is not a primarily client-facing position; however you will be expected to present, and help foster a healthy client relationship and partnership.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree or design passion/drive
  • 3-5 years design experience
  • Technical skills: experience with computer design applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite and AppleKeynote
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Some understanding of interactive/social media and internet technologies
  • Some experience with art and photo direction
  • Agency experience a plus

  • Collaborate in brainstorm sessions to help come up with new and original ideas
  • Assigned to multiple projects/assist in bringing ideas to life in a new original way
  • Design multiple digital concepts based off of provided wireframes and strategic direction, showcasing a breadth of options
  • Design for multiple breakpoints and responsive builds, including mobile, tablet and desktop
  • Work with Associate Creative Director to build out wireframes and translate wireframes to layout
  • Types of projects to expect: Websites, Social, Digital Display Ads, with some Video and Animation

Digital Production
Build out pixel-perfect digital production-ready files for development team(s) an/or media agency and work with team to ensure a smooth transfer of information from design to deployment.

  • Convert digital concepts into pixel-perfect, responsive, development-ready files
  • Design and flesh designs to multiple breakpoints and responsive builds, including mobile, tablet and desktop
  • Create digital style guides, both client and development-facing
  • Flesh digital display/social ads to necessary specs/sizes
  • Annotate development ready files with information on design/functionality needs (for development team)
  • Image optimization and cropping for website imagery
  • Prototyping within InVision (nice to have)

Project Management

  • Convert digital concepts into pixel-perfect, responsive, development-ready files
  • Design and flesh designs to multiple breakpoints and responsive builds, including mobile, tablet and desktop
  • Create digital style guides, both client and development-facing
  • Annotate development ready files with information on design/functionality needs (for development team)
  • Image optimization and cropping for website imagery
  • Prototyping within InVision (nice to have)

Video and Animation
Work with creative team to bring creative concepts to life through video and animation.

  • Transfer storyboards to final video and animation formats
  • Video editing (from supplied stock or custom shoots and voice over)
  • Offer input and suggestions around video and animation-related builds (looking for someone to bridge the gap from creative idea (video/animation) to executed deliverable).
  • Save out video/animation files to necessary formats
  • Types of projects to expect: brand videos, testimonial videos, social/website videos and/or animations, instagram stickers, logo animations

Other Digital Production
Using provided creative design concepts, build out pixel-perfect digital production-ready files for final delivery, and work with teams to ensure a smooth transfer of information from design to deployment.

  • Flesh digital display/social ad concepts to necessary specs/sizes
  • Prep files for development handoff, including annotations (i.e. digital display ad handoff to html developer)
  • Creation of and/or file prep of Instagram filters for developer (nice to have)
  • Build/creation of Google Slides/PowerPoint/Keynote presentation decks and/or templates
  • Types of projects to expect: Social ads (sponsored or organic), digital display, Instagram filters, Google Drive templates

Project Management
