As an Account Director, you’ll partner with multiple clients as a branding consultant, supporting their success as well as contributing to the success of Little’s business. You (and the team) are responsible for delivering brand world solutions that are strategically sound and creatively excellent. You are responsible for your accounts’ relationship and financial growth based on the vision for each account. Further, you’ll get to support new business efforts in strong partnership with leadership.

  • Consultative mindset: ability to lead through a multifaceted brand world creation or evolution, ultimately helping us best problem solve for our clients
  • Leadership: as much a deeply collaborative problem-solver and doer as an inspiring and independent strategic thinker 
  • Business Development: strong relationship and business development ability across a portfolio of clients


  • Own brand design opportunities that align with the client and agency’s business objectives. Apply pertinent insight to guide creative solutions, ensuring and championing work that is strategically sound for a business to achieve objectives.
  • Develop strategy in the form of a brand platform and creative briefs for any new projects. Managing to that strategy and the opportunity throughout a project.
  • Grow the relationship with the client, ultimately helping grow the business.
  • Collaborate on new business to respond to RFPs, capabilities presentations, strategy decks and points of view.
  • Ensure communication and alignment on deliverables, partner with a project director on scope and financial management.


  • Recommend, manage partners, and/or implement qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research to help develop brand strategies.
  • Monitor and interpret cultural and social trends relevant to the client’s business.


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8-12+ years of account management or brand strategy experience.
  • Ability to understand the dynamics of a client’s business and the sector in which it operates. 
  • While brand world design is core to what we do, proficiency in the following is important: communication planning, integrated campaign development, web and digital experience and content development.
  • You should have research and analytical skills, and experience facilitating meetings and workshops.
  • Ability to engender confidence and trust with superb customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking skills to solve business problems. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation abilities, confidently leading teams and clients through a debate or point of view.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects across a client portfolio.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.


  • Preferred education in marketing, advertising or communication with brand design experience.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Experience in a range of sectors, from consumer packaged goods to financial services a plus.
  • Understands and has a passion for brand world design.


  • Ability to travel as needed for client or agency meetings.
  • Solid math and analytical skills, effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to plan, problem solve, negotiate and persuade customers.
  • Computer literacy including presentation design and financial spreadsheets.
  • Must be able to supervise others if needed.
