With six decades in the hospitality industry, Ramada has earned its high brand recognition. Unfortunately, with their history comes outdated perceptions of the brand. We partnered with Ramada to refresh travelers’ awareness of the chain’s dedication to offering the highest level of service. With more than 800 properties in 65 countries and renovations to locations throughout the chain, Ramada has made strides in its modernization.
We created a campaign to amplify their efforts and put Ramada top of mind for business and leisure travelers. A targeted ad campaign supported by touchpoints throughout a guest’s hotel stay created an overall shift in consumer perceptions of the brand, leading to a measured lift of 57,000 total attributable hotel visits.
